Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

PeopleInfluence is built for authentic human participation, truthful proof, and campaigns that can be reviewed for trust and safety. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Platform and supplements our Terms of Service.

Be authentic

  • Participate as a real person using accounts you genuinely own.
  • Create original content based on real experience.
  • Disclose material connections clearly (#ad, #sponsored, or platform paid-partnership tools).
  • Keep engagement organic unless a campaign explicitly allows paid boosting.

Do not

  • Post fake reviews or undisclosed endorsements.
  • Use bots, purchased views or followers, engagement pods, fake comments, or spam.
  • Misrepresent who you are, your audience, or your results.
  • Submit false, recycled, or manipulated proof.
  • Harass, threaten, brigade, or coordinate attacks on others.
  • Engage in deceptive political persuasion or make unsupported medical or financial claims.
  • Use the Platform to generate reviews for third-party public review sites (such as Google, Amazon, or Yelp-style reviews).
  • Attempt to bypass verification, fraud detection, or payout controls.

Campaign review

Campaigns may be reviewed before publication and may be edited, paused, or removed if they appear deceptive, unsafe, abusive, non-compliant, or inconsistent with transparent participation. Buyers are responsible for setting honest, lawful campaign requirements.

Submission review

Submissions are reviewed by automated systems and, when needed, human reviewers. Submissions that violate this policy may be rejected without reward, and repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or removal from the Platform.

Enforcement

We may take action ranging from warnings to content removal, submission rejection, withheld rewards, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on the severity and frequency of violations. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to authorities.

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to trust@peopleinfluence.com.

This policy describes our current trust and safety standards and is not legal advice. It may be updated as the product and applicable laws evolve.
